Are commissions negotiable?

By law, real estate commissions are negotiable. The pricing of Florida Keys including Key Largo, Tavernier, Islamorada, Marathon, Big Pine Key and Key West real estate service varies by level of service and consumer needs. Most agents charge between between 4 and 6 percent for full service and not all offer the option of paying a fee for an individual service.
